Psychological therapy and assessments

Increasing insight and empowerment, building self-regulation and interpersonal skills and improving mental health are typical aims of psychological therapy. We offer evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Narrative and Systemic Therapies, with personal formulations used to best meet individual need. Expert psychometric assessments are offered to illuminate a client’s strengths and support needs, to aid personal development or to support requests for reasonable adjustments at work or places of study. We are trained to use a range of validated self-report assessment measures and semi-structured clinical interviews.

Creative wellbeing consultancy

We offer consultancy and partnership in developing blended creative wellbeing projects. We can contribute to funding applications and delivery of arts and mental health innovations, in which we are able to provide research and expertise in emotional expression and evidence based practice for specific groups. This might include supervision and pastoral support for arts practitioners, risk assessments, safeguarding protocols and advice on the creation of mindful arts spaces informed by wellbeing needs. We specialise in working with creative practitioners on maintaining mental health and wellbeing int he context of artistic practice and can provide a bespoke package of ‘Creative Reflective Practice’ to support personal and artistic development within projects.
